The apartment complex is located on the beautiful beach of Playa Ballena, probably one of the most beautiful beaches in the region with white sand, coconut palms and an offshore coral reef. The centre of the former fishing village of Las Terrenas, located on the Samaná peninsula, can be reached in just a few minutes. El Catey airport is a 40-minute drive away and the airports of Puerto Plata and Santo Domingo can be reached in around 3-4 hours by car.
The complex has studios and flats, each of which can accommodate 1 - 5 people. There is also a multilingual information centre, a swimming pool with integrated bubble bath, a bar and a restaurant serving Italian cuisine and seafood.
